NotaryOSS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform while your account remains active and in good standing. You agree not to reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
Subscription fees are billed in U.S. dollars. By subscribing you authorize NotaryOSS to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees until cancelled.
If you register for a free trial, you must subscribe before the trial ends to maintain access to data entered during the trial.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
You retain ownership of the data you upload to NotaryOSS. By using the service you grant NotaryOSS permission to host and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You agree not to upload illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or copyrighted material without permission. Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or terminated.
NotaryOSS provides software tools only and does not provide legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NotaryOSS does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotaryOSS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
NotaryOSS may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.
NotaryOSS may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which NotaryOSS operates.
